Processing Time
Thank you for supporting our small business! We work hard to create and ship your orders as quickly as possible.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on holidays.
Please note that during high-volume periods, new releases, sales, or holidays, processing times may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we get your order ready with care.
Once your order has shipped, please allow additional time for delivery based on the shipping carrier and destination.
Please note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after your package has been scanned by the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging and photos of the damage for your records.
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for further assistance.
