Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached (if applicable)

  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Holiday Items

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Any Jewelry, Earrings or Personal Items

  • Hats

  • Handbags or Wallets

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Exchanges

Due to our fast turn around on inventory we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. After this time, your order may have already been processed and cannot be canceled.
