Processing Time

Custom orders (hats & shirts): Ships within 1-2 business day after your order is placed and approved.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
Shipping Delays Policy
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, but during high-demand periods or due to carrier disruptions, some shipments may be delayed beyond my control. Chy’s Closet is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged once turned over to the USPS. Please refer to your email which includes your tracking information.
